Q: When am I allowed to do Ticket Exchange?
A: Ticket exchanges MUST be done at least 24 hours in advance of the game day and CANNOT be done at the box office. Please call your service executive and they will be more than happy to help you. Tickets and seat locations are subject to availability.
Q: Is it easy for me to add-on tickets for a game? Do I get them at a discounted price?
A: You are able to add-on tickets for any game at a discounted price. To secure seats, please contact your Service Executive as early as possible. These discounted tickets will not be sold at the arena box office. Tickets and seat locations are subject to availability.
Q: What is the latest time on game day that I am able to add on extra tickets?
A: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday games: 4PM, Saturday games: 3PM (exception for 12/22/18), Sunday games: 12PM (noon), except 2/10, which will be 10AM. After these times, we will not be able to process ticket orders, ticket exchanges or reprint tickets.
Q: How do I get referral credit?
A: ALL-IN MEMBERS will receive a $100 referral credit for every FULL Season seat referred.
Q: Does my child need a ticket?
A: Children under the age of two (2) do not require a ticket to be admitted into the Citizens Business Bank Arena; however, they must sit on an adult’s lap and may not occupy a seat. Any child two (2) years of age and older will require a ticket to enter the arena and must occupy their ticketed seat only.
Q: How do I get my Calder Cup Playoff tickets?
A: As an ALL-IN Member you do not have to worry about securing your seats for the playoffs! The card we have on file will be automatically charged for your seats as each round is clinched. If you do NOT want your seats for the Calder Cup Playoffs, please contact your Service Executive.
Q: What do I use my Season Ticket Member ID Card for?
A: ALL-IN Members must display their card to enter the arena 30 minutes before the general public at the NE Entrance of the arena. You will not be able to enter early if you do not have your ALL-IN Member ID Card. Your card also allows for a 10% discount at the TeamLA merchandise stand inside the arena. Please note: This identification card is not your ticket, it simply identifies you as an Ontario Reign ALL-IN Member.
Q: Where is the Parking lot located for Free Parking?
A: ALL-IN Members will enter through Gates A and D. Be prepared to show your parking pass to Parking Staff at the intersections of Concours and Ontario Center Parkway. If you do not bring your parking pass regular parking rates will apply. Safety matters – Please use caution and slow for parking attendants.
Q: Who is my Service Executive and how can I contact him/her?
A: In this packet is a business card from your Service Executive for the season, feel free to call or e-mail them with any questions or issues you may have. We love to hear from our members! You can also find your Service Executive after each home game at the Customer Care table behind Section 108.
