Reign Announce Front Office Promotion
Director of Ticket Operations Named
ONTARIO, Calif. – The Ontario Reign, proud affiliate of the NHL Los Angeles Kings, announced today that Jasmyn Wilson has been promoted from Ticket Operations Manager to Director of Ticket Operations.
Wilson has been given the new title of Director of Ticket Operations after having been with the Ontario Reign since December of 2008. Her responsibilities range from customer interface to keeping the ARCHTICS and TICKETMASTER databases clean, however, her new title will give her more of a leadership position within the organization.
“I am very pleased to announce Jasmyn’s promotion to Director of Ticket Operations with the Ontario Reign, “says James Collins, Vice Presidents of Ticket Sales/Service. “We are very fortunate to run our ticket operations department through the TICKETMASTER/ARCHTICS platform, which is an incredible tool, but at the same time extremely difficult to use and manage on a daily basis. Jasmyn has assisted us in creating one of the best ticket operations departments, not only in minor league sports, but in any professional sports that I’ve seen.”
With her new responsibilities, Wilson will be assisting management with training the new account executives with procedures and policies. Her job will still allow her to work in the box office during game days.
