All media wishing to obtain an Ontario Reign Media Credential (Day of Game or Season) must complete the following items:

• Game-Day: Request on company letterhead identifying media outlet, name of representative, phone number, e-mail address, fax number, and event date being requested. All requests will be reviewed on an individual event basis

• Season: Request on company letterhead identifying media outlet, name of representative, phone number, e-mail address, fax number and statement of intent to cover 85% of Ontario Reign home games. Headshot of person requesting credential should be provided at the time of request

All still or digital photography/video and audio media are required to complete the Ontario Reign Publicity Release Form and submit the form along with media credential request for each event desired to attend.

All media credential requests should be faxed to (909) 204-5555 or e-mailed to Laura Hendrick at lhendrick@ontarioreign.com no later than 48 hours prior to event. Upon approval of request, you will be notified where and when you may pick up your credentials and associated information.

To be accredited, media must work for legitimate, verifiable news-gathering organizations.

Membership in a writers or broadcasters association does not automatically qualify an agency or individual for credentials.
