Reign Suffer Second Straight Loss to Wranglers, 3-1
Ontario's Unbeaten Streak Snapped at Eight Games

Las Vegas, Nev. - The Ontario Reign (19-13-2-2), proud affiliate of the NHL’s Los Angeles Kings, dropped its second contest in as many nights, 3-1, to the Las Vegas Wranglers (23-11-1-3) before 6,278 at Orleans Arena Saturday.

The Wranglers jumped out to a 1-0 lead at 4:48 of the second period on a goal by Peter MacArthur, but Kevin Estrada answered for the Reign at 6:34.  Defenseman Pat Bowen was pinching in down low in the right corner and found Estrada all alone at point-blank range for his sixth goal of the season to tie the game at one.

Eric Lampe gave Las Vegas a 2-1 lead on his league-leading 28th goal of the season at 10:43 of the third period.  Adam Huxley sealed the win for the Wranglers with an empty-net goal at 19:45.

Jean-Francois Berube (5-7-1) made 26 saves in the loss, while Joe Fallon (18-6-4) got the win with 21 saves.
