Reign Account Executive to Work in NBA
Nick Sturiale heads to Denver

ONTARIO, Calif.-
The Ontario Reign, 2011-12 Pacific Division Champions and proud affiliate of the NHL’s Los Angeles Kings, have announced that current Account Executive, Nick Sturiale, will be making the move from the ECHL to the NBA.

Sturiale, 23, has accepted a job with the NBA’s Denver Nuggets as an Account Executive of Season and Group Sales.  He moves to Denver next week.

The University of Arizona graduate joined the Reign in May 2011 as an Inside Sales Representative.  After two months in that position, Sturiale was promoted to Account Executive where he played a major role in earning the Reign their third consecutive ECHL attendance award for the 2011-12 season.

A native of Burlingame, Calif., Sturiale has a degree in communications with an emphasis in journalism, and previous sports radio and television production experience through internships with Comcast Sports TV and KTAR Sports Radio.  While attending the University of Arizona, Sturiale worked for the school’s radio station as well.

“Working for the Reign has opened a lot of doors in the industry,” Sturiale said.  “I learned more than I could have imagined about the sports industry.  It has been a great experience overall.”

Sturiale thanks James Collins, Vice President of Ticket Sales and Justin Kemp, Ontario Reign President, for the opportunity to work for the team where he learned so much.
