Account Manager FAQ

How do I forward my tickets?

1. Please visit www.ontarioreign.com/accountmanager


2. Please sign in with your account number and password*.
*If you do not know your password please contact your Service Executive at (909) 941-7825 or email us.


3. Once you have signed in you will see a section called “Manage My Tickets”. Please click the “Manage My Tickets” button to the right.


4. This will take you to the calendar, where you will choose the month and the game in which you are forwarding tickets for.


5. Once you have picked the correct month, click on the game date you wish to forward tickets for.


6. The next page will have the game date and all the seats you have for that specific game. From here you must choose the action “Transfer Tickets”.


7. Select which seats you are transferring below.


8. After you have selected an action and the seats, click the “Transfer” button in the top right hand corner.


9. A screen will pop up and ask you to verify the seats and game you are transferring. Click “Continue to Transfer”.


10. Next, you will choose a recipient from the names that are listed or choose “Enter a New Contact” and provide their name and email address below.


11. Then click “Add”.


12. After the person is added you will see them under “Choose Transfer Recipient”. You must than click the bubble next to their name.


13. You are able to add a message with the tickets if you would like at this point under “Optional Message”.


14. If you would like to receive an email reminder that your tickets have been unclaimed prior to the event start, you must go down to the “Email Reminder” Section. From here you will choose how much time before the event you would like to receive the email from the drop down menu.


15. Next under “Item Price” you have two options. You can either allow the original price of the tickets to be shown on the transfer or for it to not be displayed. Click the bubble next to the option you would like.


16. Click “Next Step”.


17. On this page you are reviewing the tickets and the recipient. You must than check the “I agree to terms of use” box to be able to continue to the next page.


18. Click “Complete Transfer”.


19. Next you see a confirmation page showing the tickets have been successfully transferred.


20. Please note that when you transfer tickets, the email sent is not the actual tickets. They must click the link in the email and sign in or create an account to complete the transfer and print their tickets. Once the tickets are transferred, the original tickets are now void.

How do I print my tickets at home?

3. Once you have signed in you will see a section called “Manage My Tickets”. Please click the “Manage My Tickets” button to the right.


4. This will take you to the calendar, where you will choose the month and the game in which you are printing tickets for.


5. Once you have picked the correct month, click on the game date you wish to print tickets for.


6. The next page will have the game date and all the seats you have for that specific game. From here you must choose the action “Print-At-Home”.


7. Select which seats you are printing.


8. After you have selected an action and the seats, please click the “Print” button in the top right hand corner.


9. Next a screen will pop up (please make sure there are no pop-up blockers on). If you are reprinting your tickets because you lost them, please check the first box to create new barcodes making the original tickets void. Then verify the seats and game you are printing are correct. Click “Continue to Print”.


10. Review the tickets you are printing on this page. You must than click the “I agree to terms of use” box to be able to print the tickets.


11. Click “Submit”.


12. Your tickets are now being downloaded to your computer as a PDF and once finished you must open them from the “Downloads” folder and print them out.
