Storyline: The Ontario Reign were unable to complete the sweep of the rival San Diego Gulls this week, falling 6-4 on Friday evening at Citizens Business Bank Arena. Forward Matt Moulson led the Reign with two goals and three points, while forward Philippe Maillet (1-1-2) also had a multi-point night. Goaltender Cal Petersen made 33 saves as he took the loss in net.
