Forward Andrew Crescenzi Returns to Reign from Kings

LOS ANGELES – The Los Angeles Kings have loaned forward Andrew Crescenzi to the Ontario Reign of the American Hockey League today, Kings Vice President and General Manager Rob Blake announced.

Crescenzi, 25, appeared in two games with the Kings this week, including his NHL debut on Tuesday, November 14 vs. Vancouver, and did not register a point. In 11 games with the Reign this season, the Thornhill, Ontario, native has three points (two goals, one assist) and earned all three points on November 18 in a 4-1 win at San Diego.

Acquired from Toronto in exchange for Brandon Kozun on Jan. 22, 2014, Crescenzi has appeared in 251 games in the AHL with the Toronto Marlies, Manchester Monarchs and Ontario Reign, posting 61 points (24 goals, 37 assists) and 244 penalty minutes. He played in 18 games during Manchester’s 2015 Calder Cup Championship run, where he recorded three points (three assists), a plus-1 rating and 19 penalty minutes.
