ONTARIO, CA – The Los Angeles Kings, NHL affiliate of the Ontario Reign, have reassigned forwards Boko Imama and Matheson Iacopelli to the ECHL’s Manchester Monarchs. Additionally, Ontario has released defenseman Matt Finn from his PTO.  


The 22-year-old Imama (born August 3, 1996) is a 6-1, 229-pound native of Montreal, PQ who appeared in 34 games earlier this season with the Reign, posting six points (3-3=6) and 71 penalty minutes, second most on the team. Imama has skated in 72 games in his professional career to date, all with Ontario.


The 24-year-old Iacopelli (born May 15, 1994) is a 6-2, 207-pound native of Woodhaven, Mich. who has appeared in 85 regular-season games over the last three years with Rockford of the American Hockey League, posting 27 points (14-13=27) and 29 penalty minutes. Iacopelli did not skate in a game with Ontario, after he was assigned by Los Angeles on February 24.


The 25-year-old Finn (born February 24, 1994) is a 6-1, 205-pound native of Toronto, Ontario, who has skated in one game with the Reign, going scoreless, and nine AHL games in total this season with Ontario, Grand Rapids and Hartford, collecting one goal. Finn has also amassed 18 points (9-9=18) from 27 games this season with the ECHL’s Florida Everblades.
