GROUPS & SUITES

If I choose account credit what does that mean?  If you purchased group tickets (10+ tickets) or an event suite for one of the eight suspended 2019-20 games, you will be able to apply the credit to a game of your choice during the 2020-21 season. 

How can I reschedule my group or suite outing for next season?  Please contact your Reign Representative directly or email us at [email protected] and our staff will reach out within 1-2 business days to discuss your options.

If I choose to receive a refund how does that work?  If you would like to receive a refund for any paid group or suite tickets, you will need to fill out the Refund Request Form by April 17th. Refunds will be procecced within 30 days of the April 17th deadline. Any accounts that do not request a refund through the form below will have their funds applied as an account credit for the 2020-21 season.  


MINI PLANS

If I choose account credit what does that mean?  If you purchased a mini plan (Black Plan, Silver Plan, 13-Ticket Flex) for the 2019-20 season, you will be able to apply the credit to the 2020-21 season. Credits can be applied to any tickets relating to the 2020-21 season including an ALL-IN Membership, mini plan, group or suite. Please contact your Reign Representative directly or email us at [email protected] and our staff will reach out within 1-2 business days to discuss your options.

INDIVIDUAL GAME TICKETS

What happens if I bought tickets for a suspended home game?  All individual tickets purchased for the eight suspended home games will be refunded. For tickets that included added items, these will not be distributed (i.e. t-shirts or food vouchers). GENERAL FAQ

How long will it take to receive my refund? For group, suite and mini-plan customers who complete the Refund Request Form and have a valid credit card on file, you can expect to receive your refund within 30 business days following the refund submission date.  

 For individual ticket buyers, expect a refund through the poin of purchase. Please be patient due to the economic climate at this time. 

How do I know if I have account credit or have been refunded?  With any questions regarding this process, please contact your Reign Representative directly or by emailing us at [email protected].

What happens with giveaways from upcoming home games?  All giveaways are, at this time, cancelled for the 2019-20 season. 

Is next year on schedule?  Yes - At this time, we have no reason to believe that the 2020-21 season will be impacted in any way.
